I knew I needed help.
It was my ego & pride that didn’t want to admit it.
The stress of climbing the career ladder and balancing life literally broke me. Quitting my job felt like the only option.
One Sunday, I lost myself for 30 minutes, rocking on the bed. Then it came... a suicidal thought. The next day, I was signed off work.
I promised myself I’d never feel like that again and I have not broken this promise! Now I'm sharing the secrets I've learned to balancing a successful professional career and enjoying life.
